The alarming skylight required to be either fixed or replaced because water had been eroding into it for years and the customer just wanted it extricated and covered over with new ‘torch down’ roofing materials. After our experts removed the skylight, our technicians then rolled out some really good, new roofing products and fired up the torch and built the new roofing effortlessly to the old roof. Last, we quickly put new stair tread down on their battered staircase.
We Repair Metal Chimney Caps And Crowns
While at the residence site, the customer mentioned that there was also a severely corroded out old furnace chimney cap that demanded to be fixed and a new chimney cap built. One of our technicians took out the ladder and climbed all the way up top and took down the rotted chimney cap and replaced it with a brand new stainless steel chimney cap.

During a recent bad storm, the client’s deck umbrella had freed up up high in the air and then slammed violently against the homeowners brand new Dutch lap vinyl siding our clients had installed just last year. The collision tore an eye-level hole directly into the homeowner’s normally durable new siding. The homeowner was unhappy with the noticeable hole in her brand-new siding – to say the least. So, while our craftsmen were there our roofers were able to gather replacement pieces to fix the vinyl siding‘s deteriorated spot. We were also able to adjust more pieces that had also become came loose.
The client also put in a personal request for 1 of our experts to erect a flag pole out front – on the house itself – through the new vinyl siding – but without destroying the vinyl siding. 1 of our guys was able to remove a single slat of the house’s exterior front siding and slide a thin wooden brace behind the siding to give the flag pole something strong to attach itself into.
