Last, we quickly put new stair tread down on their battered staircase.

While at the residence site, the homeowner that there was also a highly rotted out steel furnace chimney cap that demanded to be removed and a new chimney cap installed. So, in the end, Expressway Roofing had a group of 5 techs who arrived early on a Saturday (around 8:30) then worked all day – through the extreme July heat – mostly on a 130 degree roof – in the hot sun – until about three o’clock and finished eight separate services for the property owner.
