After we removed the skylight, our experts then rolled out some affordable, new roofing products and fired up the torch and laid down the new roofing carefully to the current roof. While at the property site, the customer noticed that there was also a severely rotted out steel furnace chimney cap that needed to be removed and a new chimney cap crafted. One of our guys found the ladder and climbed all the way up top and removed the deteriorated chimney cap and swapped it with a brand new stainless steel chimney cap.

During a recent inclement storm, the homeowner’s deck umbrella had dislodged up high in the air and then slammed into against the homeowners brand new Dutch lap vinyl siding the owner had installed just last year. The collision tore an eye-level slit directly into the property owner’s normally durable new siding. The customer was unhappy with the large hole in her brand-new siding – to say the least. So, while our craftsmen were there our experts were able to find replacement pieces to fix the vinyl siding‘s problematic place. Our experts were also able to adjust more pieces that had also become dislodged.
The customer soon made a personal request for 1 of our roofers to install a flag pole out front – on the house itself – through the new vinyl siding – but without cracking the vinyl siding. One of our experts was able to remove a single slat of the house’s exterior front siding and slide a thin wooden brace behind the siding to provide the flag pole something firm to screw itself into.

So, in the end, our company had a crew of five specialists who arrived early on a Saturday (around 8:30) then worked all day – through the extreme July heat – mostly on a 130 degree roof – in the hot sun – until about three o’clock and finished 8 separate efforts for the customer.
