After we removed the skylight, our pros then rolled out some really good, new roofing products and started up the torch and constructed the new roofing effortlessly to the existing roof. While at the residence site, the customer mentioned that there was also a severely rotted out old furnace chimney cap that demanded to be replaced and a new chimney cap constructed. One of our technicians got the ladder and climbed all the way up top and removed the deteriorated chimney cap and replaced it with a brand new stainless steel chimney cap.
Home Dutch And Vinyl Siding Installations
During a recent bad storm, the property owner’s deck umbrella had displaced up high in the air and then slammed down against the homeowners brand new Dutch lap vinyl siding the owner had replaced just last year. One of our crew was able to remove a lone panel of the house’s exterior front siding and slide a tiny wooden brace behind the siding to offer the flag pole something strong to screw itself into.

So, in the end, we had a crew of 5 techs who arrived early on a Saturday (around 8:30) then worked all day – through the extreme July heat – mostly on a 130 degree roof – in the hot sun – until about 3 o’clock and finished eight separate efforts for the client.
