After our pros deconstructed the skylight, we then rolled out some really good, new roofing products and fired up the torch and built the new roofing easily to the existing roof. While at the home site, the customer noticed that there was also a pretty deteriorated out steel furnace chimney cap that required to be fixed and a new chimney cap crafted. One of our pros got the ladder and went all the way up top and removed the old chimney cap and replaced it with a brand new stainless steel chimney cap.
Home Dutch And Vinyl Siding Repairs
During a recent crazy storm, the property owner’s deck umbrella had broken free up high in the air and then slammed violently against the homeowners brand new Dutch lap vinyl siding our customers had replaced just last year. The customer then made a personal request for one of our experts to install a flag pole out front – on the house itself – through the new vinyl siding – but without cracking the vinyl siding. 1 of our specialists was able to remove a single piece of the house’s exterior front siding and slide a thin wooden brace behind the siding to provide the flag pole something tough to screw itself into.

So, in the end, we had a crew of five specialists who arrived early on a Saturday (around 8:30) then worked all day – through the extreme July heat – mostly on a 130 degree roof – in the hot sun – until about 3 o’clock and finished 8 separate work for the customer. Our pros then cleaned up all the leftovers, blew out all of the dust and vacuumed the places our craftsmen worked in and called it a day.
