After our craftsmen removed the skylight, our craftsmen then rolled out some really good, new roofing products and fired up the torch and placed the new roofing carefully to the current roof. Last, we quickly put new stair tread down on their battered staircase.
Steel Chimney Caps Repaired And Crowns
While at the home site, the client pointed out that there was also a severely rotted out steel furnace chimney cap that required to be removed and a new chimney cap engineered. One of our pros took out the ladder and climbed all the way up top and took down the rotted chimney cap and replaced it with a brand new stainless steel chimney cap.
Home Dutch And Vinyl Siding Installations
During a recent inclement storm, the property owner’s deck umbrella had displaced up high in the air and then slammed violently against the homeowners brand new Dutch lap vinyl siding our clients had installed just last year. The impact tore an eye-level hole directly into the homeowner’s usually durable new siding. The client was angered with the noticeable hole in their brand-new siding – to say the least. One of our crew was able to remove a single slat of the house’s exterior front siding and slide a small wooden brace behind the siding to give the flag pole something firm to attach itself into.
