The leaking skylight required to be either resealed or replaced because water had been infiltrating into it for years and the client just wanted it removed and covered over with new ‘torch down’ roofing products. After we deconstructed the skylight, our roofers then rolled out some great, new roofing products and fired up the torch and built the new roofing easily to the present roof.

While at the residence site, the customer mentioned that there was also a highly corroded out steel furnace chimney cap that required to be removed and a new chimney cap built. One of our experts found the ladder and climbed all the way up top and took down the rotted chimney cap and swapped it with a brand new stainless steel chimney cap.
We Install Seamless, Vinyl, Exterior Siding
During a recent harsh storm, the client’s deck umbrella had came loose up high in the air and then slammed violently against the homeowners brand new Dutch lap vinyl siding our clients had installed just last year. The crash tore an eye-level hole directly into the homeowner’s often durable new siding. The customer was not happy with the noticeable hole in her brand-new siding – to say the least. So, while our roofers were there our roofers were able to locate replacement pieces to fix the vinyl siding‘s damaged place. Our guys were also able to fix some additional pieces that had also become freed up.
The client later put in a personal request for 1 of our techs to attach a flag pole out front – on the house itself – through the new vinyl siding – but without destroying the vinyl siding. One of our technicians was able to remove a single panel of the house’s exterior front siding and slide a small wooden brace behind the siding to give the flag pole something tough to affix itself into.
