The worrisome skylight required to be either resealed or replaced because water had been leaking into it for years and the client just wanted it extricated and covered over with new ‘torch down’ roofing products. After our roofers removed the skylight, our experts then rolled out some affordable, new roofing materials and fired up the torch and engineered the new roofing cautiously to the current roof. Last, we quickly put new stair tread down on their battered staircase.
Steel Chimney Caps Replaced And Crowns
While at the house site, the property owner mentioned that there was also a very rusted out old furnace chimney cap that needed to be replaced and a new chimney cap placed on. One of our crews reached for the ladder and went all the way up top and removed the deteriorated chimney cap and replaced it with a brand new stainless steel chimney cap.
Home Dutch And Vinyl Siding Installations
During a recent harsh storm, the customer’s deck umbrella had displaced up high in the air and then slammed down against the homeowners brand new Dutch lap vinyl siding the owner had replaced just last year. The crash tore an eye-level hole right into the homeowner’s normally durable new siding. The homeowner was unhappy with the noticeable hole in the brand-new siding – to say the least.
