The alarming skylight demanded to be either resealed or replaced because water had been eroding into it for years and the client just wanted it removed and covered over with new ‘torch down’ roofing materials. After our technicians deconstructed the skylight, we then rolled out some affordable, new roofing materials and fired up the torch and engineered the new roofing effortlessly to the current roof. Last, we quickly put new stair tread down on their battered staircase.

While at the property site, the customer mentioned that there was also a severely rotted out steel furnace chimney cap that demanded to be fixed and a new chimney cap engineered. One of our guys reached for the ladder and travelled all the way up top and took down the old chimney cap and swapped it with a brand new stainless steel chimney cap.

During a recent harsh storm, the customer’s deck umbrella had broken free up high in the air and then slammed violently against the homeowners brand new Dutch lap vinyl siding they had installed just last year. The client later put in a personal request for 1 of our experts to attach a flag pole out front – on the house itself – through the new vinyl siding – but without destroying the vinyl siding. One of our pros was able to remove a single slat of the house’s exterior front siding and slide a square wooden brace behind the siding to offer the flag pole something strong to attach itself into.
