The worrisome skylight needed to be either resealed or replaced because water had been leaking into it for years and the homeowner just wanted it removed and covered over with new ‘torch down’ roofing products. After our pros extricated the skylight, we then rolled out some great, new roofing products and lit the torch and constructed the new roofing harmlessly to the current roof.

While at the property site, the property owner noticed that there was also a very corroded out old furnace chimney cap that required to be fixed and a new chimney cap constructed. One of our crews got the ladder and went all the way up top and took down the rusted chimney cap and replaced it with a brand new stainless steel chimney cap.

During a recent crazy storm, the homeowner’s deck umbrella had displaced up high in the air and then slammed into against the homeowners brand new Dutch lap vinyl siding our clients had replaced just last year. The crash tore an eye-level slit right into the homeowner’s normally durable new siding. The customer was unhappy with the noticeable hole in her brand-new siding – to say the least.
