The leaking skylight called for to be either fixed or removed because water had been destroying into it for years and the customer just wanted it deconstructed and covered over with new ‘torch down’ roofing materials. After our roofers deconstructed the skylight, we then rolled out some great, new roofing products and lit the torch and engineered the new roofing cautiously to the current roof. While at the house site, the property owner noticed that there was also a highly rotted out old furnace chimney cap that demanded to be fixed and a new chimney cap constructed.
