After our craftsmen deconstructed the skylight, our craftsmen then rolled out some affordable, new roofing materials and lit the torch and crafted the new roofing harmlessly to the old roof.

While at the job site, the homeowner that there was also a pretty corroded out old furnace chimney cap that required to be fixed and a new chimney cap constructed. One of our technicians found the ladder and went all the way up top and took down the rusted chimney cap and replaced it with a brand new stainless steel chimney cap.

During a recent harsh storm, the homeowner’s deck umbrella had displaced up high in the air and then slammed down against the homeowners brand new Dutch lap vinyl siding our customers had replaced just last year. So, in the end, Expressway Roofing had a team of 5 specialists who arrived early on a Saturday (around 8:30) then worked all day – through the extreme July heat – mostly on a 130 degree roof – in the hot sun – until about three o’clock and finished eight separate services for the property owner.
