One of our guys found the ladder and went all the way up top and took down the corroded chimney cap and swapped it with a brand new stainless steel chimney cap.
Home Dutch And Vinyl Siding Repairs
During a recent inclement storm, the homeowner’s deck umbrella had displaced up high in the air and then slammed down against the homeowners brand new Dutch lap vinyl siding our customers had installed just last year. The collision tore an eye-level slit directly into the customer’s usually durable new siding. The homeowner was not happy with the noticeable hole in their brand-new siding – to say the least. So, while our roofers were there our pros were able to locate replacement pieces to fix the vinyl siding‘s pierced area. Our technicians were also able to fix some other pieces that had also become freed up.
The customer soon put in a personal request for 1 of our pros to erect a flag pole out front – on the house itself – through the new vinyl siding – but without cracking the vinyl siding. One of our crew was able to remove a single panel of the house’s exterior front siding and slide a square wooden brace behind the siding to provide the flag pole something firm to screw itself into.

So, in the end, Expressway Roofing had a crew of five techs who arrived early on a Saturday (around 8:30) then worked all day – through the extreme July heat – mostly on a 130 degree roof – in the hot sun – until about 3 o’clock and finished 8 separate repairs for the customer.
