The alarming skylight demanded to be either fixed or removed because water had been infiltrating into it for years and the client just wanted it removed and covered over with new ‘torch down’ roofing products. After our technicians removed the skylight, our roofers then rolled out some great, new roofing products and started up the torch and crafted the new roofing carefully to the current roof. Last, we quickly put new stair tread down on their battered staircase.

While at the property site, the customer that there was also a highly rusted out steel furnace chimney cap that demanded to be removed and a new chimney cap constructed. One of our roofing contractors found the ladder and climbed all the way up top and removed the rusted chimney cap and replaced it with a brand new stainless steel chimney cap.

During a recent bad storm, the client’s deck umbrella had freed up up high in the air and then slammed into against the homeowners brand new Dutch lap vinyl siding the owner had installed just last year. The impact tore an eye-level slit directly into the client’s normally durable new siding. The homeowner was unhappy with the gaping hole in her brand-new siding – to say the least. So, while our roofers were there our technicians were able to find replacement pieces to fix the vinyl siding‘s damaged place. We were also able to fix some other pieces that had also become or have been displaced.
The client also made a personal request for 1 of our craftsmen to install a flag pole out front – on the house itself – through the new vinyl siding – but without destroying the vinyl siding. One of our pros was able to remove a single panel of the house’s exterior front siding and slide a thin wooden brace behind the siding to give the flag pole something strong to affix itself into.
