The worrisome skylight required to be either resealed or replaced because water had been eroding into it for years and the client just wanted it deconstructed and covered over with new ‘torch down’ roofing materials. After our craftsmen deconstructed the skylight, our pros then rolled out some affordable, new roofing materials and started up the torch and engineered the new roofing effortlessly to the old roof. Last, we quickly put new stair tread down on their battered staircase.

While at the property site, the client mentioned that there was also a highly deteriorated out steel furnace chimney cap that needed to be removed and a new chimney cap placed on. One of our guys found the ladder and went all the way up top and took down the rusted chimney cap and swapped it with a brand new stainless steel chimney cap.
Home Dutch And Vinyl Siding Fixes
During a recent severe storm, the client’s deck umbrella had moved up high in the air and then slammed down against the homeowners brand new Dutch lap vinyl siding they had replaced just last year. The crash tore an eye-level hole directly into the property owner’s normally durable new siding. The customer was not happy with the large hole in the brand-new siding – to say the least. So, while we were there our craftsmen were able to find replacement pieces to fix the vinyl siding‘s damaged spot. Our pros were also able to adjust some other pieces that had also become broken free.
The homeowner then put in a personal request for one of our experts to secure a flag pole out front – on the house itself – through the new vinyl siding – but without damaging the vinyl siding. One of our experts was able to remove a lone slat of the house’s exterior front siding and slide a tiny wooden brace behind the siding to give the flag pole something strong to affix itself into.

So, in the end, our company had a team of five techs who arrived early on a Saturday (around 8:30) then worked all day – through the extreme July heat – mostly on a 130 degree roof – in the hot sun – until about 3 o’clock and finished 8 separate services for the homeowner. We also cleaned up all the debris, blew out all of the dust and vacuumed the spots our craftsmen worked in and called it a day.
