The leaking skylight needed to be either fixed or replaced because water had been leaking into it for years and the property owner just wanted it deconstructed and covered over with new ‘torch down’ roofing products. After our craftsmen removed the skylight, we then rolled out some great, new roofing materials and fired up the torch and installed the new roofing harmlessly to the old roof. Last, we quickly put new stair tread down on their battered staircase.

While at the job site, the client mentioned that there was also a pretty rusted out steel furnace chimney cap that demanded to be fixed and a new chimney cap placed on. One of our technicians got the ladder and went all the way up top and took down the deteriorated chimney cap and replaced it with a brand new stainless steel chimney cap.

The homeowner later made a personal request for one of our techs to erect a flag pole out front – on the house itself – through the new vinyl siding – but without cracking the vinyl siding. 1 of our pros was able to remove a lone slat of the house’s exterior front siding and slide a thin wooden brace behind the siding to offer the flag pole something tough to attach itself into.
