While at the property site, the property owner mentioned that there was also a pretty rusted out old furnace chimney cap that needed to be removed and a new chimney cap constructed. One of our roofing contractors reached for the ladder and travelled all the way up top and removed the deteriorated chimney cap and replaced it with a brand new stainless steel chimney cap.

During a recent bad storm, the client’s deck umbrella had came loose up high in the air and then slammed down against the homeowners brand new Dutch lap vinyl siding they had replaced just last year.
