After our craftsmen deconstructed the skylight, we then rolled out some really good, new roofing products and started up the torch and placed the new roofing readily to the current roof. Last, we quickly put new stair tread down on their battered staircase.
Steel Chimney Caps Fixed And Crowns
While at the job site, the homeowner pointed out that there was also a pretty corroded out old furnace chimney cap that required to be fixed and a new chimney cap crafted. One of our experts found the ladder and climbed all the way up top and removed the deteriorated chimney cap and swapped it with a brand new stainless steel chimney cap.
Home Dutch And Vinyl Siding Repairs
During a recent extreme storm, the customer’s deck umbrella had uplifted up high in the air and then slammed down against the homeowners brand new Dutch lap vinyl siding our clients had replaced just last year. The collision tore an eye-level gap directly into the client’s generally durable new siding. The customer was distraught with the noticeable hole in the brand-new siding – to say the least. So, in the end, Expressway Roofing had a crew of five guys who arrived early on a Saturday (around 8:30) then worked all day – through the extreme July heat – mostly on a 130 degree roof – in the hot sun – until about 3 o’clock and finished eight separate jobs for the clients. Our technicians also cleaned up all the debris, blew out all of the dust and vacuumed the places our technicians worked in and called it a day.
